You can also use kettlebells, body weight movements, med balls, maces etc to get your heart rate up.

  • Body weight calisthenics
  • Jump rope
  • Sled
  • Run
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Row
Here are your intervals for each item.
  • 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  • 1:30 on 45 seconds off
  • 1:00 minute on 30 seconds off
  • 30 seconds on then rest for 2 minutes

Total workout time is 35 minutes.
