Monday is a conditioning day and here’s what we’ve got lined up for you.

Cardio Intervals…

Pick 3 exercises and complete 2-3 rounds of…

  1. 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest.
  2. 1:00/1:00
  3. 1.30/ 1:30
  4. 1:30/1:30
  5. 1:00/1:00
  6. 30… =12:30

Rest 2 minutes 

If you choose to do 2 rounds, your workout time will be 27 minutes.

3 rounds will take you 41:30 to complete.

Choose from any of the cardio, kettlebell sport or body weight calisthenic movements.
