Cardio Intervals for Tuesday
Tuesday is a conditioning focus!
We’ve got a nice simple and effective cardio intervals lined up for you.
Here’s what it looks like:
60/30 x 5 rounds of the following….
- Bike
- Versa Climb or slam ball
- Ski
- Sled push/pull or step ups
- Row
