Let’s GO…

We have some incredible Cardio or Kettlebell Sport Endurance Intervals for YOU on Wednesday.

These intervals are a little longer than you may be used to so get ready to go for the distance / reps!

The goal is to try a do the same pace with each round.

You will do a 3 round warm up to get ready for this awesomeness!

Cardio & Kettlebell Endurance

Pick 1 or 2 Options (alternating between 2):

  • Rower
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run
  • JR, JJ
  • Sled (light)
  • Kettlebell Sport (Long Cycle, Cleans, Snatches, Jerks…)
    Steps, Agility Ladder..
  • Burpee or Squat Thrust…

Your Intervals:

  • 1 min on / 1min off
  • 2 min on / 1 min off
  • 3 min on /1 min off
  • 4 min on / 1 min off
  • 3 min on / 1 mon off
  • 2 min on / 1 min off
  • 1 min on /  done
