Cardio or Kettlebell Sport

Cardio or Kettlebell Sport options for Wednesday at The Training Room!

We will be doing ascending work intervals with a 1 minute rest between each one….

The idea here to keep the same pace for each set.

Warm-up

Do a general warmup, then do a 20/20 x 5 progressive warmup on the exercise that you plan on doing for the workout.

We will start with 1 minute of work with a 1 minute rest and then ladder up and back down like this…

Kettlebell Sport

  • Clean
  • Jerk
  • Snatch
  • Long Cycle

Cardio

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run

Intervals are…

  • 1 on 1 off
  • 2 on 1 off
  • 3/1
  • 4/1
  • 3/1
  • 2/1
  • 1 on and done
