Pick one cardio or kettlebell sport item.

Intervals…

  • 1 minute on 1 minute off
  • 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  • 3 minutes on 1 minute off
  • 4 minutes  on 1 minute off
  • 3 minutes on 1 minute off
  • 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  • 1 minute on 1 minute off

The goal for advanced is to set a good pace on the first minute and try to double, triple and quadruple the distance at each interval

The first minute should be about 80% of maximium

We will do a extra long warm-up for this one! 4
