Speaking of that, Wednesday night is our informational seminar for the 12 Week Fitness Challenge.
We will start right at 6:45 at the Avon gym.
The 12 Week Challenge is for anyone that is interrested in improving their health!
JD Kuper from Atlantic Exercise physiology will be speaking about the extensive fitness testing he will be doing as part of this program.

- Step ups
- Freestyle moves
- Long cycle
- 1 arm long cycle
- 2 arm long cycle
We will start this one off with a nice LONG warm-up!
Here are your intervals…
- 1 minute on 1 minute off
- 3 minute on 1 minute off
- 4 minute on / 1 minute off
- 3 minute on / 1 minute off
- 2 minute on / 1 minute off
