Cardio Supersets for Tuesday at The Training Room!
Ladder down on each of the cardio supersets.
Once one is completed move on to the next.
Keep going until all 4 supersets are complete!

Superset 1
- Ski erg
- swings, deadlift on hinge
Superset 2
- Bike (calories)
- Kettlebell or dumbbell push press (one or 2 bells). You can also do shoulder taps.
Superset 3
- Row or run
- Steps or lunges
Superset 4
- Jump rope(100, 80,60,40,20) or jumping jacks (50,40,30,20,10)
- Abs
