Cardio Supersets for Tuesday at The Training Room!

Ladder down on each of the cardio supersets.

Once one is completed move on to the next.

Keep going until all 4 supersets are complete!

20/16/12/8/4 reps and calories…

Superset 1

  • Ski erg
  • swings, deadlift on hinge

Superset 2

  • Bike (calories)
  • Kettlebell or dumbbell push press (one or 2 bells). You can also do shoulder taps.

Superset 3

  • Row or run
  • Steps or lunges

Superset 4

  • Jump rope(100, 80,60,40,20) or jumping jacks (50,40,30,20,10)
  • Abs
