Cardio Supersets for Monday
Kick off your week on the right foot and supercharge yourself with some cardio supersets.
It’s going to be a great week of training for those of us who show up!
Make sure to put your name on the board for the upcoming Turkey Day Relay (a fun family team event).
Here’s what we’ve got for you on Monday…
Supersets of 20/10 x 5 rounds of each
Superset 1
- Jumping or fast assisted pull ups
- Mountain climbers
Superset 2
- Knees to chest
- Bulgarian bag or mace swings
Superset 3
- Swing or jump
- Squat thrusts, slam or sledge hits
Superset 4
- Dumbbell push press
- Air squats or drop squats
Superset 5
- Bike x 5
- Ski or Versa Climber x 5
