  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15
  5. 20/10

  • Jump or high pull
  • Step-ups

Rest for 2 minutes

Superset 2

  • Row
  • Slam or Squat thrust

Rest for 2 minutes

Superset 3

  • Ski or Versa climb
  • Bike
