1. Jump pull-ups, d-ball thruster’s, slam ball
2. Kb swings, Burpees, Jump rope or jump jacks
3. Kb snatch L, Kb snatch R, Mt. climbers
* Go through each triplet 3x, rotating exercises every 20 seconds for a total of 3min.
* Take a 1:30 rest after each triplet.
* Go through entire circuit 2x.
