Monday is Challenge Day

Time for a Conditioning Challenge!  This challenge will include a cardio option and several bodyweight or kettlebell exercises.  You also have the option to do this on a timer if you are at home or if space is limited at the gym.  Let’s do this!

Following a nice long warm up, you will complete as many rounds as possible (with good form) in 25 minutes.  That’s it… feel free to substitute similar exercises for each set to help you feel more successful and stay away from injuries!

  • 250m Cardio (rower, ski), 500m (bike), Run (building), 125 jump rope, 60 jumping jacks…
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 250m Cardio
  • 20 Swings
  • 20 Squat Thrusts (or light weight squat press)
  • 250m Cardio
  • 20 Knees to Chest
  • 20 Skaters

*TIMER OPTION:

  • 60 sec cardio
  • 15 sec rest
  • 30 sec bodyweight #1 (no rest)
  • 30 sec bodyweight #2
  • 15 sec rest
  • 60 sec cardio
  • 15 sec rest…
  • Repeat for a total of 4 rounds of the entire circuit!
