What better way to kick off the weekend than with a Challenge Workout?

This Challenge is sure to be a good one!

You will ladder down in reps, calories or distance each round starting with 20 and decreasing by 5 each round.  Complete this as fast as possible!

  • 20/ 15/ 10/ 5

Here is your Circuit:

  1. Cardio choice
  2. Twists, mace swing or bulgarian (20/20 each side)
  3. Cardio
  4. Knees to chest
  5. cardio
  6. Mt. climbers
  7. Cardio
  8. Dead start high pulls. supermans, or marching hip bridge:

Cardio Options:

  • (Avon) Run 20 = building, 15=building,10=TR to Slyannia, 5= TR to Garfield
  • (Manasquan) Run 20 = long building, 15 = Short building, 10 = 2 Shuttles, 5 = 1 Shuttle
  • Rower
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Steps (20/20…)

TR at HOME: High Octane Conditioning

You can do everything with just Bodyweight or if you have a Kettlebell or Dumbell you can add a little weight.  Best to choose a lighter weight on conditioning days to get the heart rate up without totally crushing yourself!
