Monday’s Conditioning Challenge Workout:
You will complete Three 10 Minute Challenges (As Many Rounds As Possible)
Challenge #1)
- 10 swing or snatch
- 10 squat thrusts
- 50JJ’s or 100JR
Challenge # 2)
- 10 box step-ups
- 10 half burpees
- 10cals bike or ski
Challenge #3)
- 10 jump or fast assisted pull ups
- 10 crab toe touch or knees to chest
- 100 yard run or 10 calories rower
You will REST 2 Minutes between each 10 minute challenge.
