Conditioning Challenge

It’s a new week to be awesome!

Monday’s Conditioning Challenge Workout:

You will complete Three 10 Minute Challenges (As Many Rounds As Possible) 

Challenge #1)

  • 10 swing or snatch
  • 10 squat thrusts
  • 50JJ’s or 100JR

Challenge # 2)

  • 10 box step-ups
  • 10 half burpees
  • 10cals bike or ski

Challenge #3)

  • 10 jump or fast assisted pull ups
  • 10 crab toe touch or knees to chest
  • 100 yard run or 10 calories rower

You will REST 2 Minutes between each 10 minute challenge.
