We all need to challenge ourselves both physically and mentally!

Here’s your Wednesday Challenge!
Keep the movements awesome!
No flailing around!
We will work for 12 minutes and rest for 3 minutes and complete 2 seperate twelve minute challenges!
- 10 calories on the rower or 100 yard run
- 10 step-ups
- Ten 1/2 burpees
- 10/10 medicine ball twists or Mace things (watch videos below)
REST: 2 minutes
- 10 calories bike or ski
- 10 squat thrusts
- 10 kettlebelll high pulls
- 10 knees to chest
