The WARRIOR CHALLENGE Registration is Open!

Our much anticipated and exciting Team Fitness Challenge Race gives proceeds to help the Task Force Dagger Foundation in providing assistance to wounded, ill, or injured US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) members and their families.

You and your Team can Register at the link below.  If you don’t have a team, let us know and we will give you one!  It’s that simple, everyone is included because we would have it no other way!  Here’s the Link to Register:

See how many rounds of the following you can get within 30 Minutes (keeping safe and effective technique)!  You want to feel good when you are finished but also that you got in a good workout!
  • 20 calories Rower or Run Building
  • 20 Step-Ups or Air Squats or Walking Lunges
  • 20 Calories Bike
  • 20 Push-Press
  • 20 Calories Ski, Squat Thrusts or Burpees
  • 20 Cleans or Snatches (10 Left/ 10 Right)
