Here’s what you’ll be doing

  • 500 meters cardio choice
  • 40 tire or box step-ups
  • 30/30 mountain.climbers or 30 yard crawl
  • 20 swings
  • 10 burpees

Advanced folks can do 5 rounds AFAP

Intermediate can do 4 rounds AFAP
