Here’s what you’ll be doing
- 500 meters cardio choice
- 40 tire or box step-ups
- 30/30 mountain.climbers or 30 yard crawl
- 20 swings
- 10 burpees
Advanced folks can do 5 rounds AFAP
Intermediate can do 4 rounds AFAP
