Challenge Workout!

You will start with a variation of our Mobility Warm UP (watch THIS follow along video) and Circuit Style Warm Ups lasting about 10-15 Minutes

You will Start & Finish the Workout with a long conditioning component – 1 Mile.  The middle is nice 5-6 round KB & Bodyweight Circuit.  Here’s what it looks like:

  1.  START WITH: 1600 meters (1 Mile) of a cardio choice (1200 meters for beginners)
  2. THEN complete 5-6 rounds of the following exercises as a circuit:
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 High Pulls or Snatches
    • 15 Mountain Climbers
    • 20 Step Ups or Lunges
  3. FINISH WITH: 1600 meters (1 mile) of a cardio choice (again, beginners should do 1000-1200 meters)
