Challenge yourself on Tuesday at The Training Room.

It’s challenge day, so let’s push a little harder on Tuesday. Go out and challenge yourself a bit!

It’s a new 8 week rotation of workouts that started on Monday, and we haven’t seen this one in a while so have some fun with it.

Do 4 or 5 rounds of the following…

  • 500 meters cardio choice
  • 40 total step-ups(yes, this means 20 reps on each side)
  • 30 yard crawl or 30 / 30 mountain climbers
  • 20 swings or body weight squats 
  • 10 burpees or squat thrusts (slam ball could be an option as well)

Don’t forget to register for the ROW for HOPE.
