Wednesday is a challenge day…

Here’s what we’re doing.

Do this for 15 minutes:

  • 400 meter row or run
  • 30 yard crawl
  • 20 swings
  • 10 burpees

Rest 3 minutes

Then do this for 15 minutes

  • 400 meters bike or ski
  • 30 crab toe touches (15/15)
  • 20 high steps
  • 10 1/2 burpess
