Wednesday is a challenge day…
Here’s what we’re doing.
Do this for 15 minutes:
- 400 meter row or run
- 30 yard crawl
- 20 swings
- 10 burpees
Rest 3 minutes
Then do this for 15 minutes
- 400 meters bike or ski
- 30 crab toe touches (15/15)
- 20 high steps
- 10 1/2 burpess
