"The Jersey Shore Two Minute Torture"
Everyone must do this entire workout in a Santa hat!
One the two minute mark for 20 minutes, do the following movements.
- 5 burpees
- 10 snatches
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
So, if you finish all the movements in 1:30, you will have 30 seconds to rest before the fun begins again.
Then, go out into the coart yard in your Santa hat and scream at the top of your lungs!
