Classic 20/20/20 Conditioning
Tuesday is one of our all time favorite conditioning workouts! It’s simple, effective and challenging!
These triplets are sure to get you moving well throughout the rest of the week!
If you don’t know already, we have been posting workout videos that match (or are similar) to our daily workouts in Avon and Manasquan. Keep an eye out for NEW videos… it is difficult to coordinate with our schedules so bear with us. We might do some solo vids and at some point have some guests workout with us so you get to see new faces!
20/20/20 Conditioning Triplets:
You can use weight or just body weight for this.
20 seconds at each movement non-stop for 3 rounds
Rest 1 minute after each 3 minute round!
- Snatch, swing, or step (right side)
- Snatch, swing, or step (left side)
- Mountain climb, crawl or sit through
- High pull, clean, or broad jump
- Squat press
- Jumping jacks, ropes, skips, stationary sprint/wall sprint, small steps…
- Air or Drop squat
- 1/2 burpee, push-up, or knee tuck
- Abs (your choice)
