  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Mountain climbers
  3. Box Jumps or squat jumps
  4. Slam ball
  5. Rower or Kettlebell high pulls
  6. Burpees
  7. kettlebell snatches or cleans
  8. Push presses
  9. Jumping pull ups

Take one minute rest between rounds.
