- Round 3: 25/15
- Round 4: 20/10

- Kettlebell swings
- Mountain climbers
- Box Jumps or squat jumps
- Slam ball
- Rower or Kettlebell high pulls
- Burpees
- kettlebell snatches or cleans
- Push presses
- Jumping pull ups
