This is a classic Training Room Conditioning workout!

Going up and down the ladder for time!

You can use several modalities for this one including the C2 erg, Ski erg, Air Dyne Bike, Jump rope, you can also run or even use a kettlebell.

If you choose kettlebell option, you will do kettlebell high pulls for 10,20,30 and 40 then repeat 40 and go back down to 10.

The kettlebell option will be perfect for you TR2U home training people!!

The Airdyne bike will be .2,.4,.6,.8 repeat .8 and back down.

Jump rope option will use the numbers below for revolutions on the rope.  You will choose this option only if you are a stellar jumper!

The burpees will remain the same as below.

Row/Burpee Ladders: partner or solo as fast as possible.

  • Row 100/ 5 burpees
  • Row 200/ 10 burpees
  • Row 300/ 15 burpees
  • Row 400/ 20 burpees
  • Row 400/ 20 burpees
  • Row 300/ 15 burpees
  • Row 200/ 10 burpees
  • Row 100/ 5 burpees
