Here’s nice conditioning circuit with a few options .

We’re going with 30 seconds of work with a 15 second rest for 6 rounds of Jersey Shore Conditioning.

We’ll take a minute rest between rounds.

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Kneeling slam ball or Kneeling rope combo
  • Kettlebell snatch pull
  • Half burpee
  • Drop Squat of box jump
  • Jump rope,jumping jacks or sprint in place
