Here’s nice conditioning circuit with a few options .
We’re going with 30 seconds of work with a 15 second rest for 6 rounds of Jersey Shore Conditioning.
We’ll take a minute rest between rounds.
- Jumping or kipping pull ups
- Kneeling slam ball or Kneeling rope combo
- Kettlebell snatch pull
- Half burpee
- Drop Squat of box jump
- Jump rope,jumping jacks or sprint in place
