Hey everyone!
Welcome to a new week, and another start to a brand new 8 week block of training.
The objective of this training block is to keep our strength sessions consistent and focus on progression with out completely crushing yourself each time you come into the gym.
Always practice good form and remember….
- If something doesn’t feel right to you, it’s probably not.
- Remember not to push yourself to muscle failure and to always finish your workout with your best set.
- Roll out when ever you get a chance.
- If you achieve a personal best in a lift, make sure to back off on the weight for the next few weeks and then progress back up again.
- Always put the kettlebell down with good posture (keep you back flat)
- Vary the intensity of your strength workouts (don’t go super heavy every time)
Today we’ll be doing classic kettlebell 5×5 strength.
