Classic Kettlebell or Body Weight

Thursday’s strength focus will include classic kettlebell or body weight strength.

You can stick to one or mix and match in this very efficient strength circuit using minimal equipment.

We will work for 20 seconds and then hold the position for ten as we flow through this one for 4 rounds.

This can be as advanced as you want it to be,

  • Cleans or supermans with a rack hold for 10 seconds or superman hold for 10 seconds
  • Press or push up for 20/ hold in the up position for 10
  • Squat or split squat for 20 and hold at 90 degrees for 10.
  • Row (kettlebell or body weight) for 20 and hold in the up position for 10
  • Walkouts, shoulder taps or knees to chest for 20 with a plank or V hold for 10

Repeat the other side.

Do 4 rounds of each side.
