Classic Conditioning Triplets

Friday is a tried and true classic Training Room training session!  Get in and leave feeling the benefits of a great workout.  Remember not to go too heavy on the weights.  We want you to feel good afterwards!

20 work / 20 work/ 20 work x 3 rounds at each Triplet

Triplet 1)

  • Swing or step
  • swing or step
  • mt climbers

.Triplet 2)

  • High pull
  • squat press 
  • Jumping Jacks

Triplet 3)

  • Drop Squat or air squat
  • 1/2 burpee or push ups with knee tuck
  • ab choice
