20 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 6 rounds

I love combining heavy kettlebell swings and other explosive movements with body weight strength movements such as ring push ups.

Here, I put some of my favorite movements together and added a fun pull movement and conditioning component.
  • kettlebell swings 36kgs
  • ring push ups  
  • Box Jumps (24″) 
  • Peg Board climbing  
  • Air Dyne sprints  

We just installed (thanks Paul)the peg board last weekend and have been messing around a little with it.
