Wednesday is a strength focus, but we will be going with a combo circuit to keep the heart rate up a bit during your session,

Your intervals will be 30/20 and we will complete 4 rounds of each of these circuits

Circuit 1: 30/20 x 4

  • Alternate ring row
  • Step-ups
  • Plank choice
  • Bike

Circuit 2: 30/20 x 4

  • Supermans
  • push-ups
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag
  • Jumping jacks

Finisher

30/15 x 1 round

  • Air squat
  • Kettlebell curls
  • Abs
  • Jumping jacks
  • Swings
  • KB triceps or push-up plank
  • Twist
  • Skaters
