I apologize for not posting…

I don’s miss too many.

Everything is as cool as it can be with us here at The TR.

Here’s a shot of Avon Beach from yesterday

We spent the better of the day just helping people empty their homes out yesterday.

Today we will head over to the Point Beach gym and access the damage there.

We will be opened today, Friday and will run the 7 am, 9 am and 4 pm classes.

I know everyone had probably had enough to this craziness and need a little shot of normalcy.

Don’t forget to take care of yourself and come on in for a workout.

Also lend a hand where ever you can.

There are a lot of people out there who need a ton of help!

As far as the TR Olympics go, we do plan on having them this Saturday!

Here was yesterday’s workout.

5 rounds as fast as possible

  • 500 meter run or row
  • 40 body weight squats
  • 30 mountain climbers (each side)
  • 20 kettlebell high pulls
  • 10 burpees

Today’s workout

Do as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes

  • 100 yards walk lunge (body weight) or 100 step ups
  • 100 yard power wheel or bear crawl
  • 100 kettlebell swings or 100 yard walking swings
  • 100 yd farmers walk
