Here’s Wednesday’s workout explained!

You have the choice of bells or NO bells!

1 minute work/1 minute active rest

Kettlebell option for 5 rounds

  • clean, swing or snatch
  • push press or jerk
  • long cycle or step ups

Keep moving on your rest intervals!

Body Weight Option for 3 rounds…

  • Step up or broad jumps
  • crawl or sit through
  • jacks, jump rope
  • Lateral hops or steps
  • Run, run in place, march etc…
