There will be 2 twelve minute conditioning challenges lined up for you on Monday.

2 twelve minute conditioning challenges
Challenge 1:
12 Minute AMRAP
- 5 push-ups. or 1/2 burpees
- 10 Swings or jumps (light DL’s work as well)
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 calories row , bike, or ski erg
Rest 3 minutes
Challenge 2:
12 Minute AMRAP
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 Prison squat (hands behind neck) or hindu squats, or Prison squat jumps
- 15/15 medicine ball or Bulgarian bag twists
- 20 squat thrusts,slam ball, or mace swings or Mace grave diggers (video)
