AND it’s the last day of our 8 week training cycle! New workouts to come next week so be on the lookout for new moves, tried an true classics and making small improvements in your strength, mobility and cardiovascular health!
10 Minute Challenges
Set 1
- 250 Row
- 20 skaters
- 10 half burpee’s
Set 2
- 500m bike
- 20 mt climbers
- 10 high pull or snatch
Set 3
- 260m ski
- 20 steps
- 10 slam or squat thrusts
Try to get as many rounds in as you can with each 10 minute set. Remember to take care if your body and practice safe movement.
