Ladder up and Down Conditioning Circuit
Wednesday is a conditioning focus, so let’s hit up this conditioning circuit.
You will ladder up and then back down on the intervals.
Your intervals will lool like this:
- 30/15
- 40/20
- 60/30
- 60/30
- 40/20
- 30/15
Here’s the circuit:
- Ski
- Bike
- Slam or Squat thrust
- Row
- Jump rope, Jumping jacks, step ups or run
