Ladder up and Down Conditioning Circuit

Wednesday is a conditioning focus, so let’s hit up this conditioning circuit.

You will ladder up and then back down on the intervals.

Your intervals will lool like this:

  1. 30/15
  2. 40/20
  3. 60/30
  4. 60/30
  5. 40/20
  6. 30/15

Here’s the circuit:

  • Ski
  • Bike
  • Slam or Squat thrust
  • Row
  • Jump rope, Jumping jacks, step ups or run
