60/30 x 2 rounds of the following conditioning circuit
- Squat thrust
- Crawl or plank
- Jumping jacks,jump rope, or run
- Crab toe touch, sit throughs, or bicycles
- Lateral steps or skaters
- Swing, snatch, deadlift or broad jump
