Here’s Monday’s Conditioning Circuit to kick off your week!

Pick the movements that suit you.
This one can be adjusted for ALL levels of fitness…

60/30 x 2 rounds of the following conditioning circuit

  1. Row
  2. Squat thrust
  3. Bike
  4. Crawl or plank
  5. Ski
  6. Steps
  7. Jumping jacks,jump rope, or run
  8. Crab toe touch, sit throughs, or bicycles
  9. Lateral steps or skaters
  10. Swing, snatch, deadlift or broad jump
