Monday Conditioning Circuit

We will be kicking the week off with conditioning circuit.

It will be a great week.

We have a conditioning circuit set up for you on Monday!
Just in case you were wondering, this is week 8 of our 8 week training cycle at The Training Room in Avon and Manasquan.

We will be introducing a new mobility/recovery plan for you in a few weeks and will kick it off with seminar for ALL Training Room members on June 4 at the Manasquan location so mark your calanders for 7 PM!

We want to teach you the paln that we will be putting into our next 8 week training rotation this way we all know what to expect of the new material.

It is our goal to help EVERYONE get better!

Here’s your Monday Conditioning circuit.

40/20 for 5 rounds of this circuit…
  • Swings or Body weight squats
  • Mountain Climbers or crawls
  • skaters, lateral hops, or lateral steps
  • Squat thrusts or Burpees
  • Jumping jacks, Jump rope, or cardio choice

Rest 1:30 between rounds of the conditioning circuit.
