Tuesday’s Conditioning:

20 work /10 rest x 5 rounds

Couplet 1:

  • Ski
  • Swings:

Couplet 2:

  • JR or JJ’s
  • Jump pulls

Couplet 3:

  • Run, quick step, or row
  • Mt. or crawl

Couplet 4:

  • Bike
  • DB push press

Couplet 5:

  • Skate or lat step
  • Slam or sledge
