Couplet 1)

  • Jump pull
  • skaters

Couplet 2)

  • Bike
  • Mountain climbers

Couplet 3)

  • Jump rope or jumping jacks  
  • Slam ball

Couplet 4)

  • Run in place
  • Inertia wave

Couplet 5)

  • Ski
  • Swings

You will rest 1:30 between each couplet!
