Today is conditioning day.
Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
We’ll be doing 2 minute interval couplets.
2 minutes of work/2 minutes of rest x 2 rounds of each couplet
After completing one couplet, move right to the next one.
- 1. Row / ski or versa climb (choice)
- Run, Jump Rope, step-up, Jumping Jacks, stairs (choice) / Bike
This session can also be done alternating between two of your favorite kettlebell and body weight movements.
