First of all…

Thank you ALL who came out and participated and spectated The Training Room Winter Games!

We had a packed house and our very proud of everyone!!

Our events are great because of you.

We kick off a new 8 week cycle starting Monday.

It’s conditioning day…

Here’s what we have for you.

30/15 Couplets

  1. row / squat thrust or 1/2 burpee
  2. Ski or versa / High-pulls
  3. Bike / Mt. climbers or sit-throughs
  4. JR or JJ / bicycles or crabs

Perform 4 rounds of each couplet and take 1;30 rest between each one.
