Here’s what we have for you.
- row / squat thrust or 1/2 burpee
- Ski or versa / High-pulls
- Bike / Mt. climbers or sit-throughs
- JR or JJ / bicycles or crabs
Perform 4 rounds of each couplet and take 1;30 rest between each one.
