1 Minute On / 1 Minutes Off or Active Rest x 5 Rounds at Each Exercise

  1. Swings, Snatches, Cleans or Single Leg Deadlifts
  2. One or Two Kettlebell Jerk or Push Press
  3. Kettlebell Long Cycle, Step-Ups or Cardio Choice
