Conditioning Intervals

Wednesday’s Conditioning Intervals are sure to FIRE you UP!

We are in the final week or our 4 week training cycle!

Let’s make the most of these workouts and then get ready to repeat the cycle the next 4 weeks.

Here’s Wednesday’s Conditioning Interval Training:

Intervals: 30/15, 40/20, 60/30, 40/20, 30/15

Conditioning Circuit:

  1. Ski
  2. Bike
  3. Rower
  4. Squat Thrust
  5. Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks, Steps or Run

Work those intervals… especially that ladder DOWN!!!!!!
