Wednesday’s Conditioning Intervals are sure to FIRE you UP!
We are in the final week or our 8 week training cycle!
Let’s make the most of these workouts and then get ready for some new workouts next week!
Here’s Wednesday’s Conditioning Interval Training:
Intervals: 30/15, 40/20, 60/30, 40/20, 30/15
Conditioning Circuit:
- Ski
- Bike
- Rower
- Squat Thrust
- Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks, Steps or Run
Work those intervals… especially that ladder DOWN!!!!!!
