Conditioning Intervals

Time to put in the work and feel the benefits of a regular strength and conditioning program!

Wednesday’s Conditioning Intervals Workout:

Pick any 3 cardio options: 

  • Rower
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Bodyweight (JR, JJ, Steps, Burpees…)
  • Sled
  • Kettlebell sport exercises, etc..

Here are your intervals:

  • 60/60
  • 60/50
  • 60/40
  • 60/30
  • 60/20
  • 60/10
  • 60/ Done

Rest 2 minutes and repeat for the next two exercises of choice!
