Conditioning Intervals

Hey Training Room family yes its a conditioning day and time for some conditioning intervals!

You Avon folks may notice that there is something missing from the courtyard the next time you visit us.

It’s the end of an era, but also time to move on to better and newer things. It’s been a while since the Avon gym has gotten a much needed facelift.

And yes, you will have to find another spot for your water bottle and keys (sorry, not really though)
BUT, turf has been ordered for our training pleasure with SO many possibilities of fun things such as sled work, crawling and sliding around the courtyard.
Thursday is a conditioning day and here’s what’s lined up for you.

Conditioning intervals will look like this..

6 rounds of the conditioning circuit…

  • 30/15
  • 40/20
  • 60/30
  • 60/30
  • 40/20
  • 30/15

Here’s the 5 station circuit

  1. ski
  2. bike
  3. row
  4. squat thrust or slam
  5. Jump rope, Jumping jacks, Step ups, or Run
