Intervals: 15/15, 30/30, 45/45, 60/60, 45/45, 30/30, 15/15
- Burpee/ Squat Thrust/ Step Ups
- Jump Rope
- Kettlebells (Swings, Cleans, Clean & Press, Snatches…)
Rest 2 Minutes between each Interval Set!
