Conditioning Ladders!

Since Wednesday was a strength focus, we will be shifting over to a conditioning focus on Thursday with these Training Room conditioning ladders.

Here’s what it will look like:

Pick 2 cardio items to work with and perfom ALL or the following intervals on one item before moving on to the next one.

Here are your prescribed work/rest intervals…

  • 1:00 / 1:00
  • 1:15 / .45
  • 1:30 / .30
  • 1:45 / .15
  • 1:30 / .30
  • 1:15 / .45
  • 1:00 / Rest 2-3 minutes

Repeat with another exercise.

Here are your conditioning choices(pick 2)…

Any calisthenic (choices)
  • Jump rope
  • Jumping jacks
  • Step ups
  • Skaters
  • Rope flow
  • Run in place or sand dune march
  • Freestyle moves
Kettlebell sport…
  • Clean
  • Jerk
  • Long cycle
  • Snatch
Cardio apparatus…
